Safety and respect

for all

Driber’s Community Guidelines

Our guidelines are designed to help make every experience on Driber safe, respectful, and positive.

Everyone using the Driber platform—including drivers, riders, delivery partners, Driber Eats users, delivery recipients, senders, merchants, and businesses—is expected to follow these guidelines. This also includes interactions with Driber employees and contractors, whether at support centers, through online support, or over the phone.

In certain cases, these guidelines may also apply to conduct outside the Driber platform if it could threaten the safety or integrity of our community.

We update our guidelines regularly to ensure everyone in the Driber community continues to feel safe and welcome.

Thank you for helping us maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all.

Treat everyone with respect

These guidelines are designed to encourage positive interactions within our diverse Driber community during every trip, delivery, or transaction.

Help keep one another safe

Our team works continuously to create safer experiences for everyone. Your safety is our priority, which is why these standards were developed.

Follow the law

Driber is committed to complying with all applicable laws and earning your trust. We expect everyone using the Driber platform to understand and follow relevant laws and regulations, including traffic rules and, where applicable, airport regulations.

Your feedback matters

How to find help

If you need to report an incident, visit the Help Center or select Help in the app so that our Support team can follow up. If you ever find yourself in immediate danger, contact local authorities or emergency services before notifying Driber.

How ratings work

A high rating means you’re doing great. If your rating falls below the average in your area, we’ll notify you and may provide tips to help you improve. If your rating does not meet the minimum average required, you may temporarily or permanently lose access to some or all of the Driber platform.

How our guidelines apply to you

Driber reviews all reports received by our Support team about potential violations of our Community Guidelines, and our specialized team may investigate further. Your account may be placed on hold during the review. Failure to comply with any of our guidelines may result in the loss of access to all or part of the Driber platform.

Delivery, order, and trip acceptance

If you’re a driver or delivery person and don’t want to accept requests, simply go offline or log out. If you’re a merchant, you can use the Pause New Orders feature or mark specific items as unavailable. Consistently canceling after accepting requests may result in the loss of access to future delivery opportunities.
