Time and distance
Fares are calculated based on the estimated time and distance to complete a trip. The time element includes the total amount of time from accepting the delivery request to completing the delivery at the dropoff location and wait time at the merchant.
Number of trips
Fares take into account multiple pickups and/or dropoffs.
Other factors
The fare amount also factors in areas and periods of time with limited availability of couriers and higher-than-usual demand for delivery.
Where applicable, fares reflect the requirements of local earning requirements.
